Terms of Service
Welcome to Storm Trade ("we," "us," or "the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storm Trade trading platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Storm Trade Global Ltd. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice.
Eligibility
To use Storm Trade, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Not be a resident of a restricted country (including but not limited to: USA, Iran, North Korea, Cuba)
- Not be listed on any government sanctions list
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from Storm Trade
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Account Rules
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. Each person may hold only one (1) live account. Maintaining multiple accounts is grounds for permanent suspension.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Never share your login credentials with anyone
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access at security@stormtrade.io
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
- Market manipulation or abusive trading practices
- Providing false identity information
- Using automated bots without written authorization
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
Trading Rules
All trades executed on Storm Trade are subject to the following rules:
- Orders are executed at the best available market price at the time of submission
- Storm Trade reserves the right to cancel any trade suspected of market abuse
- Profits generated from system errors or pricing glitches will be reversed
- Copy trading and algorithmic trading are permitted with prior written approval
Trading results from the past do not guarantee future performance. Storm Trade does not guarantee any specific profit or return on investment.
Fees & Charges
Storm Trade maintains a transparent, straightforward fee structure. There are no hidden fees.
